Business owners, sole proprietors, organizations, individuals, or any entity with an interest in gathering set of data in real-time can create a FREE Admin account to get started. The Admin account holder receives a registration email with details on how to create own survey questionnaire. 

No.  App is to only take the survey or fill out the survey with an access code. Please be aware that to the Admin account holders must use a Laptop or a Desktop computer to access and manage their accounts. 

Visit the RealTimeDataCollector.com web portal and register to create an account. Upon registering, you will receive an auto generated access code. The Account holders can reset the access code to a unique “Access code” which they can share with individuals/group of people they would like to be the survey respondents.  Users receiving the Access code will then be able to fill out the account specific survey questionnaire by downloading the APP on their mobile devices. 

Anyone that the Account Holder thinks needs to fill out the survey/questionnaire can be given the Access Code.  For example, businesses can ask employees and customers, marketing companies can ask   radio listeners or social media followers to fill out the survey,  family members can ask other family members, and individuals can record their own data by creating a need-specific survey questions and fill out the survey themselves.

You can use personal communication, word-of-mouth, your email list, webpage, facebook, twitter, and any other social media platform to spread a word about your survey and data you are collecting.

No, the access code is unique to each Account Holder and to each account. The system will warn the user if the access code is already in use and prompt them to create a new code.

We respect the copyrights and property rights of all parties.  Please refrain from using the words and phrases that belong to other parties.  We will be in our rights to ask you to make a new access code, or suspend your account, if any such issue arose.

Yes, survey questions can be created in structured and unstructured format. Survey questions can also be qualitative or quantitative in their framework.

Yes, of course!  You can create your own survey and use the access code to open and take the survey.

Both users and the Admin account holders can use web-links.

Yes, and images as part of their questions and answers. However, we recommend that you save the images in your personal folder for future purposes.

Survey takers (respondents) can email the copy of the survey to themselves for record keeping.

The Admin account holders can decide if the survey is taken anonymously or they would require the email of the survey taker registered before being able to take the survey.

The data is simply the answers to the survey questions created by the Admin account holder.  The data is collected in a spreadsheet format and can be downloaded by the Admin account holders only.  All data collected has the real-time stamped which indicates when the survey was submitted.

Only to the Admin account holder has access to the survey responses they have created.  Even the App creators do not have access to the data of any kind.  

There are no limits to how the RealTimeDataCollection data capturing App can be used.  For example: 

• As a concerned family member needing to keep an eye on their loved-one’s health, this app can be used to record health symptoms many times a day, weeks, months as needed. Similar applications could be for many other household activities that require data capture.
• Small businesses may for example, create survey forms to capture data that many state and local governments are asking them to collect, all in one place.
• Another potential use of this app could be for small businesses to use it to create survey forms and set the settings, so the forms are accessible to employees only.  Business owners can help educate their employees on new procedures or happenings, instructions on regular hygiene checks and safety protocols etc.  and get a confirmation from employees that they have read and understood those procedures by submitting back the survey form.  Another possible use is to use the app for employee check-in and check-out. 
• Besides businesses, entities like health agencies, government agencies, schools, universities, survey or polling firms, marketing and media entities, social scientists, graduate students, bibliography collector – anyone who needs data collection can use this platform to create their own needs-specific survey form.  Just share the Access Code with the user-base.  All users are then able to fill out the form as needed and help gather real-time data all in one place.  Users will be required to download the RealTimeDataCollector App.

Yes, you can collect data using your survey from anyone with whom you share the access code.  Ask your survey respondents to download the RealTimeDataCollector app from the App Store or Google Play.
